Get in touch via mayfieldsspandc@gmail.com to help out. We need:

Each class is allocated a stall to run on the day. It will be a matter of working with the P&C, there is no expectation for you to organise the stall, but simply to sign up to a slot to assist in facilitating your stall on the day.
Each class’s stall allocation and volunteer sign up link can be found attached. Each volunteer time slot is only 50 minutes. For every 50 minute time slot you fill, you will earn a raffle ticket to enter the draw.
Further information will be sent out with details/instructions on how to operate your class stall closer to the event.

We are looking for donations of baked goods that do not require refrigeration for our bake stall (e.g. cookies, toffees, fudge, brownies). Individually packaged items are appreciated, otherwise you can provide items in a container with your child’s name on it. Please also include an ingredients list with your donations, so that we are able to label with allergens appropriately. Items can be delivered to the hall kitchen on Friday the 11th of September.
We will be holding a free dress day on Friday, 7 August. Please bring along a bar of chocolate on this day to donate to our lob-a-choc stall.
